Jay and Veeru form a pair of professional crooks. In one of their devious plan they have a scuffle with Tiger, which ended in his accidental death. Tiger was the younger brother of John, the Don of Mumbai City. John's sole mission now is to kill Jay and Veeru. Meanwhile Jay & Veeru trying to evade John, meet NRI Vikramjit who is going to Goa on a business trip. With their cunning trick they get him arrested for traveling without ticket. And they go to Goa instead of him. In Goa, Jay and Veeru meet Raisaab and are dazed to see his palatial house. Jay and Veeru presume that Raisaab is a very wealthy man but in reality, Raisaab is totally in debts and his property is mortgaged to different financial institutions. His family in order to get their share of money is planning to drag him in court. Due to stress Raisaab gets a heart stroke and is admitted in the hospital. He hands over the total charges of the company to Jay & Veeru, with a faith that they won't do what his brothers have done with him. Now the duo are in fix cause they have become the guardian of the money they had come to steal. With no option left they decide to become true guardian of Raisaab's wealth. As they are not professional businessmen they use all their street-smart skill and cheating experiences from the past life to tackle the corporate world and educated cheaters. On the other hand Jay and Veeru are featured in the crime serial "India's Most Wanted" and now the police are after them.
