Aditya an advertising executive ends up at a bar after a quarrel with his wife who has discovered his infidelity. Ramanbhai the maverick of the local underworld also lands up at the same bar. His men have accidentally shot and killed his right hand man Vilas's wife.
Both men are absorbed in their individual grief and guilt. Both men need to rectify their situation as soon as possible. When Aditya tries to talk to his wife from the bar phone, he is disconnected by one of Ramanbhai's men. Completely weighed down by his own predicament, Aditya lashes out.
His blow lands on Ramanbhai. The next thing Aditya knows, he's being pushed out of the bar and belying told to run for his life. The underworld is after him, his wife won't listen to explanations, and his girlfriend wants a commitment.
Meanwhile Vilas in pursuit of Ramanbhai to avenge the murder of his wife. The night throbs with this three-way chase.
