Synopsis of Inquilaab DVD
This Is The Story Of An Educated Unemployed Young Man Amarnath (amitabh Bachchan). He Has To Sell ''bhel Puri'', Do Manual Labour To Fill His Belly. With His Meagre Income He Eats In An Ordinary Eating Place In The Slum. The Owner Of The Hotel And Her Daughter Anu Regard Amar As Her Son And Brother Respectively. There Is A Notorious Rowdy Man In Her Slum By Name Bhoopati. He Is A Menace To The Slum. With The Help Of Shankar Narayan, Amar Becomes A Police Officer And With His Honesty And Hard Workd He Rises To The Rank Of Assistance Commissioner Of Police. Shankar Narayan Is A Notorious Leader Of The Opposition Party - ''garibon Ki Party''. He Persuades His Friend Seetharam A Millionaire And A Very Important Person In The Party, To Marry His Only Daughter Asha (sridevi) To Amar, Which He Does. Both These Villians Involve This Honest, Patriotic Police Officer In Their Nefarious Political Activities. But When Amar Realises This, He Is Neck Deep In Trouble. He Is Forced To Resign His Job; Dance To The Tunes Of These Two Characters. Both These Fellows Promote Amar Into A Political Career. He Is Elected As The Leader Of The Majority Party And Becomes Chief Minister Designate. And Then Amar Shows Them His True Colors.
