Synopsis
Gopal Das ditches his long time girlfriend Shyama to get married to Rupa, daughter of a wealthy and a prosperous Manohar Lal. Gopal assured Shyama that as soon as he gets the wealth, he will marry her. Manohar dies and Rupa gives birth to a beautiful girl. Gopal Das plots to kill his wife and daughter by drowning them. But the daughter survives. when Gopal learns about her, he arranges for her upbringing away from home and he marries Shyama. Rani his daughter gets good education and starts working with her father on the condition that she will not reveal her true identity. Rajesh a hard working young lad works in Gopal's office. Rajesh falls in love with Rani. But Manmohan who knows about Gopal's past blackmails him into getting his daughter to marry him. Should Rani get married to Manmohan to save her father?
