Industrialist Dewan Saheb has two sons Ranveer & Randhir. He trusts his elder son Randhir only. One day he took Randhir to the hidden family treasure beneath a temple. Dewan wants all his wealth to be transfered outside country to which Randhir refuses and he leaves the house. Randhir starts his own coal mining business.

Later on Ranveer also joins Randhir. In fact Ranveer was after treasure whose location is known only to his brother & his father. Due to the conspiracy of Ranveer & Phoolchand, there ocuurs a big accident in the coal mines and 300 people are killed. Madho learns of the palnned accident & decides to go to police. Ranveer kills Madho & his daughter. Madhos son Shiva finds the bodies and swears revenge.
