Nirmal Chenoy (Sanjay Kapoor), a millionaire, is on a lookout for the murderer of his father. He is in love with Sandhya (Mamta Kulkarni). However Nirmal is killed in a car accident planned by his step mother (Navneet Nishan) and estate mangaer (Dalip Tahil). Corrupt police officer Bheema Thapa (Raj Babbar) takes advantage of this situation and gets Nirmal's look-alike Raja (Sanjay Kapoor) to take over the property. Nisha (Manisha Koirala) loves Raja. On the other hand Sandhya mistakens Raja for Nirmal. More twists follow and finally, the villains meet their end.
